01
No claim speaks from nowhere.
Demand. Locate every statement by speaker, addressee, institution, setting, evidence, purpose, and consequence.
Danger. A sentence presented as neutral may conceal the office, ownership, or force that allows it to circulate.
02
Meaning belongs to forms of life.
Demand. Test words such as order, protection, public, innocence, unity, and repair against the practices in which they operate.
Danger. A shared vocabulary can conceal incompatible institutions and unequal costs.
03
Relation does not create equivalence.
Demand. Permit heterogeneous accounts to enter one inquiry while preserving differences of proof, jurisdiction, responsibility, and moral weight.
Danger. Counterpoint becomes false balance when proximity is mistaken for equality.
04
The affected person retains the right to answer.
Demand. No representation, translation, record, apology, or reconciliation is complete merely because its maker considers it complete.
Danger. Inclusion becomes possession when the included person cannot alter or refuse the account.
05
Refusal is a legitimate form of participation.
Demand. A no, a silence, a blank, or a withheld blessing may preserve relation more honestly than compulsory agreement.
Danger. Institutions often treat refusal as absence so they can proceed without the person who refuses.
06
Consensus is not the final test.
Demand. People may act together while disagreement survives, provided the disagreement and decision threshold remain visible.
Danger. Consensus can become pressure to disappear difference; endless dialogue can become refusal to decide.
07
Every principle must face material consequence.
Demand. Test abstractions against bread, coal, wages, bodies, keys, doors, transport, medical care, safety, and who performs the work.
Danger. A principle that never reaches material life can become civility theater.
08
Responsibility must have a name.
Demand. Every consequential decision requires an identifiable bearer of action and a record of who authorized what.
Danger. Collective responsibility may become no one’s responsibility.
09
Authority requires jurisdiction, review, and an ending.
Demand. State what authority may do, who activates it, how dissent is recorded, when it is reviewed, and when it must stop.
Danger. Emergency becomes sovereignty when its enemy and duration can never be exhausted.
10
Records and power must survive the loss of their center.
Demand. Distribute keys, copies, routes, custody, communication, and practical capacity so no owner, archivist, leader, arrest, or death can possess the whole.
Danger. A single center creates an efficient point of command—and a single point of capture.
